We have three locations across Perth for your convenience:

Rockingham – 24 Morgan Street, Rockingham, WA 6168
Port Kennedy – 23 Jacquard Way, Port Kennedy, WA 6172

How secure is ToyYard?

We take security seriously, with:

Perimeter fencing with barbed & razor wire
24/7 CCTV surveillance and back to base monitoring

Your caravan, boat, or trailer is protected at all times.

When can I access my vehicle?

Rockingham & Port Kennedy:
Access is available 24/7 at any time with prior notice.

Fremantle:
Coming Soon!

How do I pick up my vehicle?

We offer a hassle-free pickup system:

We park and retrieve your toy for you
Your vehicle will be ready in our holding area when you arrive
Simply call ahead to schedule pickup

Do you provide power or water hookups for caravans?

Yes! At our Rockingham facility, we offer onsite power and sullage points for added convenience.

Can I store my vehicle short-term?

Yes! We offer both short-term and long-term storage options to suit your needs.

Policies & Terms

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required. Billing is calculated pro rata for the current month and includes payment in advance for the following month.

What if I need to cancel my storage?

We understand plans change! Let us know in advance, and we’ll assist with your request.

Do you offer insurance for stored vehicles?

While we have top-tier security, your caravan or vehicle must have an insurance policy in order to store. We recommend advising your insurer of your storage address.
